Cancellation free of charge up to:
48h before: All dates, except from 19 June to 13 September 2025, from 2 to 5 April 2026 and from 19 June to 12 September 2026. After that time, if you cancel, the first night amount will be charged on your card. Also, in case of early departure or no-show.
7 days before: From 19 June to 13 September 2025, from 2 to 5 April 2026 and from 19 June to 12 September 2026. After that time, if you cancel, a 50% charge of the total amount of the stay will be made on your card. Also, in case of early departure or no-show.
Bookings of 14 nights or longer: Payment of 20% upon booking. After the free cancellation period, if cancelled, the 20% deposit will not be refundable.
